TriVector Labs AviaPilot Terms of Use (Version 1.0 — Effective May 2026)

By creating an account and using the AviaPilot platform ("Service"), you agree to the following terms:

  1. AI-Generated Content. The Service uses artificial intelligence to provide aviation analysis, flight planning, weather briefings, and related information. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. All information provided by the Service should be independently verified before relying upon it for any flight-related decision.
  2. Not an Official Briefing. Weather summaries, NOTAMs, and route briefings provided by the Service do NOT constitute an official FAA preflight briefing under 14 CFR 91.103. Pilots remain responsible for obtaining an official briefing from Flight Service or an approved source.
  3. No Professional Advice. The Service does not provide legal, financial, insurance, or professional advice. Output is provided for informational purposes only.
  4. Accuracy Disclaimer. While we strive for accuracy, TriVector Labs makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any content. Data sourced from third parties (FAA, NTSB, AirNav, ADS-B, weather providers) is provided as-is.
  5. User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for verifying all information and for any decisions or actions taken based on Service output. TriVector Labs shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
  6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriVector Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  7. Data Privacy. We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Conversation data may be used to improve the Service.
  8. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
  9. Group Lounge Mode. When you sign in on a device marked as a group lounge kiosk (FBO, flight school, flying club, or similar), your chat credits are drawn from that group's subscription pool. The group can see usage volume in aggregate but not your conversation content.
